Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of "Kingdom of Judiciary and Minimal Marshal of Reunited Unity" (the "Game"), operated by Marfi Algio Miranda ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. A work of fiction

The Game is a fictional strategy simulation set in a parallel universe. All nations, governments, laws, characters, religious roles, military ranks, trials, punishments, wars, slavery, executions and other events are entirely imaginary. They do not depict, endorse, promote or encourage any real person, group, religion, ideology, government, violence or unlawful act. Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. The Game contains mature themes (violence, political cruelty, death) and is not intended for children under 13.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Game, its free-text bill writer or names you enter to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or defamatory content, or content naming real people.
• Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the Game to plan or promote real-world harm.

4. AI-generated content

Some features (such as interpreting free-written bills) use artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected and is part of the fiction only. Do not rely on it for any real legal, political or other advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, its artwork, videos, music, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play for non-commercial purposes.

6. Saves and availability

Game saves are stored in your browser. We do not guarantee the Game will always be available, error-free, or that saves will never be lost. Features may change at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for a free game, is zero).

8. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Game or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Game and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
