• Consent record: the date you accepted these policies.
• Game saves: stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers.
• Bill text you choose to send to the AI interpreter, processed only to return a result.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as errors and IP address) kept by our hosting provider for security.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, let you sign in, provide game features, prevent abuse and contact you about your account. Legal bases (where applicable, e.g. GDPR): performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running a safe service.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except with service providers needed to run the Game (hosting, authentication, AI processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete it and we will remove it within 30 days, except where the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to processing, by emailing us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
